Self care is a buzz word used often in education, however, there is much more to being emotionally well and resilient. This presentation will focus on ways to build skills to better bring your full self to work/life each day. We will work through cycles of emotions, using compassion to build empathy, being a better listener and using your curiosity and courage to bridge differences and re-frame your thinking. We will take a look at self compassion, gratitude and the power of positivity. (This session can be useful to ANYONE, not just educators)
